We offer a variety of trainings ranging from leadership and identity development to community building to having challenging conversations.
Roots & Wings workshops encourage participants to take risks, find common ground, and create connection. Our trainings are individualized to the skills you want to build in your community. The workshops include series of activities and discussion structured around skill development. You can expect to be talking, moving around, and engaging with trainers and other participants.
Teen Speak OutTarget Audience - High School
Teen Speak Out is an experiential program. Teens, with support of adult mentors, facilitate a school-wide Speak Out to help establish action steps that will strengthen the community and create a positive and inclusive climate.

Peace Squad is a six part skill building program designed for middle schoolers. We give students the opportunity to learn, integrate, and practice five key skills that allow them to be effective leaders in their schools, homes, and communities. The goal is to inspire a cultural and behavior shift that will carry through to high school and beyond.

Lead In(ter & tra) FaithTarget Audience - Faith Based Youth Groups and Mentors
Lead In(ter&tra) Faith(LIF) is a two part workshop designed for youth leaders and their mentors. Part one gives youth the opportunity to explore how their beliefs impact their leadership and the challenges they face when connected to people within and outside their faith community. Part two provides mentors the tools to support the youth through giving effective feedback and promoting a growth mindset.
